Things you "NEED TO KNOW"
1. YOU NEED A CAR! You really need to rent a car at the airport or
you will never get anywhere. Rincon is not a walking town,
we are 10 minutes to downtown. All surf breaks are local
but not really walkable.
2. LOCK UP - Lock you car and the house whenever you leave it, leave nothing valuable within view in the car or on the beach when you are surfing or swimming.
3. Don't waste water - we have regular electric and water outages sometimes lasting just a few hours, sometimes longer. Its the price of paradise.
